Last Canning update

I was able to can another 4 pints of vegetable juice. And then I was finally able to put the canner away for the season! Our harvest season ran quite a bit later this year than usual and it was not as plentiful as last year but we were still very blessed with our harvest.

Canning for 2010 recap:

Salsa 10.5 pints

Vegetable juice 3 quarts & 20.5 pints

Hot Pepper sauce 2 half pints
