I wish I would have had more from the garden today to make bigger batches, but I had about 9 tomatoes and several peppers that were ready and I needed to do something with them, so I thought it was a good time to try some new recipes. 1 quart of vegetable juice ~ like V8
6oz of hot pepper sauce ~ similar to tabasco sauce
I got rave reviews from the men that did my taste testing today! They said the juice was way better than V8, I said, it's fresh, duh! And the comment on the sauce was that it had a good flavor but was very hot! Gotta love it when new recipes turn out the first time! And now I have two more things I can make and won't have to get at the store, I love that.
