Yesterday I was able to can another 6 1/2 pints of vegetable juice.
I have tomatoes still lining several windowsills in my house and will probably make two more small batches before I am done for the season.
Canning for 2010 to date:
Salsa 10.5 pints
Vegetable juice 3 quarts & 16.5 pints
Hot Pepper sauce 2 half pints
